Coming soon... Solicited Dating Advice

Hi Double Dutchers! Lately many of you have gone on amazing first dates with other eligible LDS people through double dutch. For the most part things have gone really well. There is another side of this however that has opened our collective eyes to several observations:

1 - men and women both have a lot of bad dating habits

2 - men and women are for the most part very unaware of their bad dating habits

3 - men and women think they know exactly what they are looking for in a companion and haven't found it yet

This leads us to the conclusion that a little bit of dating coaching could come in handy for those that the dating game is just not working out for. We are getting feedback from your many dates anyway, so if you would like to know how to improve your game let us know when you apply. We will not offer feedback unless asked so be ready for it if you want it.

Have fun out there - treat people with respect - keep an open mind - date more

{ Single? LDS? Dating? }

Last General Conference there was a lot of talk about marriage and relationships. It all starts with a simple date and that's why we created Double Dutch Dating. Our mission is to help you meet single people in your area that are ready to meet other single people and have fun dating.

Here is how it works:
  1. Apply on the appropriate application
  2. Receive our e-mail with your DDD match for the month
  3. One month the guys initiate contact, the next month it is the girl's turn
  4. Plan your date together
  5. Each person pays for themselves (dutch)
  6. If there is a connection keep dating from there! If not, sign up for DDD again!

If you had a great time on your last Double Dutch Date and you want to tell us about it then send an e-mail to erinnicoleelton@gmail.com. If Double Dutch Dating has not come to your city yet then e-mail Erin and we will try to set it up! Become a DDD Director or just help spread the word.

Date more - have a good time - get to know someone new - be open-minded!

That is what we are all about.
